ANEXGLO TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The website anexglo.com (hereinafter the “Store”, “Site” or “Company”) is officially operated by ANEXGLO. ANEXGLO makes this e-commerce platform available to users and customers, including all applicable information, tools, products and services, subject to acceptance of these terms, conditions and applicable policies.
Our Store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the technological infrastructure necessary to process transactions and offer our products.
By browsing our Site, using its features or making a purchase, the user expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. USE OF THE STORE AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS
By accessing our Store and accepting these Terms, you declare that you are of legal age in your country, state or province of residence.
You agree to use the Site lawfully, honestly and transparently. ANEXGLO permits purchases both for personal or household use and for subsequent distribution or resale in physical shops or digital platforms, provided that this activity complies with applicable legislation and respects trademark rights.
It is strictly prohibited to use the Store to:
• Conduct fraudulent, deceptive or unauthorised transactions.
• Impersonate ANEXGLO, its affiliated brands, sub-brands or related product lines, or sell unofficial imitations under our name.
• Transmit viruses or malicious code, or carry out automated data extraction (scraping).
• Interfere with the platform's security or proper operation.
The user is solely responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for transactions made through their account.
3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We strive to present our products with accurate descriptions and images. However, colours and visual details may vary slightly depending on the calibration of the screen or device used.
Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice at the Company's discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any item or limit sales volumes when circumstances require.
If an order cannot be fulfilled because an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact the customer promptly to arrange cancellation and a full refund of the amount paid.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Product prices, shipping costs and applicable taxes will be clearly detailed at checkout before final order confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject, limit or cancel any order where fraud, inconsistent information or obvious system errors are suspected. No additional charge will be applied without the customer's prior consent.
The user agrees to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date purchase, billing and payment information.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS)
Consult our Shipping Policy for processing and transport estimates for Spain and information about other destinations.
We work with international logistics partners to process and deliver each parcel. Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are provided during the purchase process.
Delivery times are estimates subject to customs procedures or unexpected transport events outside the Store's direct control. This condition does not in any case limit consumers' legal rights in the event of loss or excessive delay.
When the parcel is handed to the designated carrier, ownership of the shipment and transit risk transfer to the customer, with a functional tracking number always guaranteed for tracking the order.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS (EU RULES)
Under European Union consumer protection rules, buyers residing in the EU have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
To start a return, send a request to cliente@anexglo.com. Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use and with their corresponding packaging.

7. STATUTORY WARRANTIES
All products sold in the Store are covered by statutory conformity warranties established by applicable legislation, including the rights required for consumers within the European Union.
ANEXGLO does not provide additional commercial warranties unless expressly stated on the specific product page. Nothing in these Terms limits or replaces mandatory statutory warranties.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on the Site, including trademarks, trading names, sub-brands, logos, texts, graphics, images, videos and website design, is exclusively owned by ANEXGLO or used under the corresponding licence, protected by international intellectual property laws.
Its reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation without the Company's prior written permission is prohibited.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Site may integrate tools or links belonging to external providers to process payments, manage shipping or analyse metrics. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ANEXGLO accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party websites.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
These Terms do not exclude or restrict liabilities which cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law. In all other cases, ANEXGLO's liability is strictly confined to the framework permitted by applicable legislation.
12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect platform changes or legal requirements. The updated version will remain available on this page. Continued use of the Site following publication of changes constitutes implied acceptance of them.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law applicable in Zagreb, Croatia, while always ensuring the mandatory, non-waivable protections to which the user is entitled under the laws of their country of residence.
