SHIPPING POLICY — ANEXGLO

Products are shipped directly from external suppliers. We initially sell to Spain and may expand coverage to other European countries and other regions, depending on logistics availability and the destinations enabled in the store.

Processing and estimated delivery times

Processing has an estimated reference time of 1 to 3 business days after payment verification, which must be confirmed according to the supplier and stock availability. The total delivery time includes processing and transport.

For Spain, standard shipping has an estimated reference transit time of 5 to 8 business days from dispatch, excluding processing. This range applies only to products and shipping methods compatible with that estimate.

For other enabled destinations, the reference transit time of 7 to 15 days applies only when the supplier confirms it for the specific product and destination. Shipments from our different suppliers may have different or longer delivery times than the references indicated, depending on the country of origin, warehouse location and transport method. There is no single delivery time for all suppliers or countries.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and depend on stock, the warehouse, transport and possible disruptions. Before purchasing, check the availability, cost and delivery time applicable to your order. For other destinations or shipping methods, also check whether the time is expressed in calendar or business days. If this information is missing, contact cliente@anexglo.com.

Tracking and support

Once a tracking number is available, it will be sent by email so that you can check the shipment's status. We offer automated assistance using artificial intelligence and support at cliente@anexglo.com.
